I have been getting my taxes done from Pro-tax for over 20 years. They always do a fantastic job. Very punctual and confirmed the appointment with phone calls and emails. Great people to deal with.
I have been with this company for over 40 years Have only two mistakes. Both times were date of taxes to be done. Both errors made by company. However the first was forgiven and new date made with Roland. This year 2023 taxes were supposed to be done on Friday 8 of match. Thru a mistake on date I called to ask why no one came. Roland has done my taxes for over 20 years. Roland is one of the most professional individual that I was able to work with and never once did I ever get an audit.
I believe this business has recently changed owners. The man that answers the phones (Lowel) who I believe is one of the new owners is so unprofessional and rude we will not be returning to them after using our tax guy from here for over 25 years. I had called to inquire about when we would receive our tax papers and this man yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me. As much as we like our tax guy we will not support a business that treats their customers like this.
