What an horrible and disgusting experience my wife and I had at this place this morning, my wife took her dress to this place to alternate because it was a bit long on the length I accompanied her with our baby, after the old lady saw the dress and we explained what needed to be done we came to agreement on the price she was going to charge when we mentioned the date we wanted the dress to be done she asked for more money and we changed our mind and asked her kindly to give us the dress back suddenly she got very upset and s... read more
I used to be a very loyal customer when I lived in 7 Hills. Everytime she did work on my suits I got compliments! When I moved back to Vegas, I moved to Aliante, so I tried a another tailor, he was cheaper, but zero compliments. I love her work!
I went in with my mom to ask about leather alterations, and the woman at the counter was shockingly rude and dismissive. We were polite and simply asking questions, yet she didn’t listen, showed zero patience, and treated us like an inconvenience. This is an awful way to treat potential customers. If this is a family-owned business, having the grouchiest, most disrespectful person at the front is terrible for your business. I absolutely do not recommend this store—100% horrible experience. The best Taylor in Henderson. She is extremely detailed and gets it right the first time. I’ve gone to her for many years.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I brought in a bridesmaid dress to be hemmed and altered for a wedding. I even tried it on with the heels I planned to wear so the measurements would be accurate. I was quoted $150 for a one-week turnaround—which I thought was steep since the dress itself cost $100—but I agreed because I needed it done quickly.
