In response to my review from yesterday. Here is proof that we were your customers and you guys can call us to fix the bad service / pricing issue. This was our bill from your second failed attempt service call. The one we were pressured to make a decision in seconds ( for the special pricing ) if we were going to drop another $1,700 for you guys to come in and fix our fireplace for a 3rd attempt. 12/17 was our service date and IN-1766004742 was our invoice number. Look at the photo attached.
Highly recommend finding another repair company. Sketchy pricing, lacks quality work, over charges and they still don’t finish the job. Paid $750 for 2 service calls over the same issue of our fire place not starting, both men left and nothing was fixed. Then we were told we needed to pay $1,700 for a new part. Very bad business. The guys that were supposed to come out for a chimney clean up, did the clean up and then recommended me do more work on the outside part of the chimney. They went and “took measurements”, then quoted me 1300$ with 300$ deposit until the job is finished. Two weeks later, two men came out that looked sub contracted for the job, went up and came back saying they can’t work on it. The roof was worn out and they didn’t want to be at fault for any damage.
