Julio went above and beyond for us today. My son and daughter-in-law are moving into a rental house and the owners failed to clean the house. With u-haul truck in the driveway full of furniture, I called Julio, and he was able to rearranged his schedule to get their pet stained carpets cleaned the same day. Thank you Julio!!!! You did a great job. My Daughter-in-law never could have done what you did with that rented “Rug Doctor.”

Friendly service in a timely fashion
Technician was courteous, did a great job and stayed masked to help keep us safe. Our mother-in-law's bedroom carpet had numerous food stains. All stains are now gone, the carpet looks like new, and even smells clean.
