I have used this service for the last 6 or 7 years. Always calls ahead of time, never a problem. Have 2 small dogs so call them about 3 times a year and sometimes 4 depending on holiday availability. If i have used this often, to me they have to be good.
Replaced their cleaning engine just a few days before and had brought along an extra fuel pump because they suspected the one in the engine might fail (coincidence?) as it did in the middle of cleaning my carpets. Took an hour or longer to replace the fuel pump while my carpets remained wet and soapy. I was not informed ahead of time of possible equipment problems not until it happened!
