They DO NOT Stand behind there products don't buy from them
I wanted to use my credit card to purchase, and they only would accept cash. When I told the girl working I didn't have the cash, she said the machine was down, and gonna be down for a few months. Down or not, I'm glad I didn't purchase from them, I had a uneasy feeling . We only want to deal with honest people. Very unprofessional. I called and spoke to a manger, Tara, and she was very nice, but still wouldn't take my credit card. She got good customer service , the review she left was positive.
I purchased a Speed Queen Washer and Dryer from Pro Style. The customer service was unbelievably the very best service I have ever received from any business. I was called several times during the delivery process and kept up to speed on delivery time. I was leaving town for a few weeks and they made sure my Speed Queen washer and dryer were delivered before I left, even at 9 PM. What a Great Business.
