They called to make sure I needed my truck in the morning and it still wasn’t ready like they said it would be, every time I come here it’s a problem, I was suppose to have a 26ft truck ready they only had a 15ft truck ready now have to wait till they open
I am so impressed with this storage facility! Very friendly and professional assistance from Jessica and Jim. Thank you Jim for such a pleasant and informative intro and registration at sign up. The facility is like no other that I have rented from. Easy access, super clean and definitely climate controlled. What a gem to have in Jacksonville! Keep up the awesome work Jessica and Jim. I’m so pleased with the service and facility!
I just want everyone to know before hand I got a tiny tiny unit paid close to 50 bucks 10 days later they called wanting another 41 so I then called left a voice mail so I could figure all this put, I just now today got a call from them wanting payment. The lady was extremely freaking rude when I told her I tried to contact them and even have proof of that by far the worst storage place I've ever dealt with!!!! Be careful if u want to rent from them and be prepared for attitude if u have a issue!!!!
