They've had my bike for two weeks so far and still can't get me a quote for a carb cleaning job. They keep telling me they'll call me and they don't...just feel strung along. REVIEW UPDATE : Ken and the team have been consistently delivering an exceptional experience each time I visit. I have had 3 sets of tires, a broken bolt, and a driveability concern all handled very well with Ken and the guys. Ken is always friendly and understanding and very patient with me.
