Tyler was awesome! I’ve used them 3 times now and every time has been a great experience. 3 kids and dogs make for dirty carpets, but they look like new after Pro Steam is done. Best in Kelowna for sure!
I was referred to Pro-steam through a community Facebook page & they did not disappoint. They did an incredible job, including cleaning my areas rugs & returning them within a couple of days. Service was speedy & thorough, booking was easy & they found a time that worked for my tight schedule! Great local company!
The Pro Steam Team cleaned our very old commercial carpet in our office which was beyond dirty. In no way did I expect this carpet to come clean but the Team came back for 2 extra visits and were determined to get it looking new again and they did it. We are so impressed by the customer service provided and price. Definitely will use Pro-Steam in the future and highly recommend to everyone needing timely, affordable service.
Zack did an amazing job. He was professional & friendly. And worked extra hard and bringing out the stains in our carpets. I thought we would have to replace the carpet as it was so badly stained. We highly recommend this company & their professional staff members & the care they take in carpet cleaning. If I could add more stars I would.
EXCELLENT!! Punctual, easy communication. Our light color Carpets had been neglected for 2-3 years. Kids, dogs, shoes all the things. Pro steam to the rescue yet again.... Attention to detail doesn't go un noticed. Always top notch service provided, highly recommend.
