Not a good experience. Over six grand to remove and "store" our solar panels which was not disclosed during the sales pitch. They did not communicate well despite their claims to help us manage the timing with our roofing contractor. Once they removed the solar panels, they simply stacked them in a pile in our property and stored inverters in our garage. My experience with ProStat Solar has been excellent. The consult guy, Mark, was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. The owner, Brandon, was also very personable and was available through every step of the process. The site surveyor was professional, quick and communicated each time he needed to stop by the house to evaluate a certain area.
