Not an ethical company. AAA sent them to jump start my vehicle. They had to replace my battery. Driver said the battery had a 3 year unlimmited warranty. ProStar refuses to give me a copy of the warranty.

My car wouldn't start so I notified AAA. Once AAA responded with the information, I was given an ETA of forty-five (45) minutes. PROSTAR (Joshua) notified me within 10 minutes and was at my address within ten (10)minutes after the call. Joshua tested the battery and saw on the multimeter it needed to be replaced. He showed us the reading on the battery. He replaced the battery and installed it within twenty(20) minutes. My car started and I was ready to go. GREAT job Joshua and thanks for the information.

Dakota was a stand-up guy. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even gave me tips on how to care for my battery . As a senior, it is always helpful to get tips from a "car guy" who no sweat he's doing. I am a 48 year AAA member, and I always ask for ProStar and recommend them to anyone who needs help. They do Towing as well.
