Horrible customer service from the lady at the counter, love how she violates hipaa and everyone in the waiting room can hear all of your personal information being discussed.Just because someone doesn’t have insurance doesn’t mean they shouldn’t get the same level of treatment as anyone else

The staff was extremely kind. I took my sister in for flu testing and she had it. Fortunately they weren't busy, as a closer Urgent care told us there was over an hour wait. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful to us.

No one wants to really be sick but if you are head here first - they are truly an amazing team - the online process was extremely easy and when we walked in , it was as if they were family !!! Keep doing what you are doing!!
Staff is super super efficient and helpful. The 2 medical technicians I dealt with were awesome! Will definitely use them after hours again, if need be
