My sessions were incredibly beneficial. My therapist Victor immediately made me feel at ease discussing my issues and was able to help identify and dissect the background to my problems. Just because one shoulder blade was giving me problems on my referral doesn't mean to have me overwork one shoulder blade during therapy and not bother the other. They're connected!! There are plenty of exercises that could have been given to me that work both simultaneously. When you go into therapy with straight shoulder blades that it took you forever to get straight and walk out lopsided, then someone is slacking or incompetent. I pay for this. Staff under Kathleen is very friendly and knowledgeable of your injury. They will go the extra steps to ensure you're doing the therapy techniques correctly and explain how to modify moves for maximum rehab not further injury.
