I absolutely love PSP. I have been going to PSP for just over two years. The class I always attend is at 5:30 am. I enjoy starting my day with a good healthy workout. Be it an intense cardio workout (every Tuesday and Thursday) or a weight lifting day such as back squats, bench presses, or dead lifts.
