Being in Florida, I had an incredibly disappointing experience last Sunday that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, things started off on the wrong foot. Lana has gifted hands . Got all my knots out ..
Very unprofessional. Upset multiple times with me. Tried to take my credit card and charge without me present before massage began, then she was angry over not tipping when there is no place to tip on receipt for an $83 one hour massage. Extremely unprofessional, worst I've encountered and will not be back.
