Great service and a fast response! Had a leak in a fairly new tub that another outfit couldn't fix. These guys responded to my inquiry in minutes and their follow through was great during the repair process. They had to order a part and make two trips and kept me posted. Hot tub is now fixed! Pro Spa rocks!

Zero stars. Negative stars. Horrible. Just don’t. Tim doesn’t stand by his work. At all, I’ve never been charged to have a repair man come out to fix what he already charged to fix. He will not fix your issues, and then charge you to continue not to fix your issues. Literally, any other repair company is better. Trust me. I’ve been charged 500$ to fix a leak that still leaks, and a hot tub that doesn’t heat. Horrific customer service. Do not use these guy.
