Pro Spa is great!! Tim is very good at communicating and his service was prompt and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Zero stars. Negative stars. Horrible. Just don’t. Tim doesn’t stand by his work. At all, I’ve never been charged to have a repair man come out to fix what he already charged to fix. He will not fix your issues, and then charge you to continue not to fix your issues. Literally, any other repair company is better. Trust me. I’ve been charged 500$ to fix a leak that still leaks, and a hot tub that doesn’t heat. Horrific customer service. Do not use these guy. After a month Tim now suddenly says he can't fix my hot tub. Don't get stuck like me!
Pro Spas was great with communication when I had a leaking hot tub. They were able to give me advice on what to do with my broken jet covers. They repaired a broken led light for me. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
The team came out in a very timely manner. They diagnosed and fixed our minor issues. They were friendly. They didn't try to upsell anything or give me parts I don't need. I felt like they had integrity - something that seems hard to find at times. Thanks guys!
