Spent over 1500 to have cameras installed, 1 monitor in my house, and the ability to view cameras remotely from my cellphone. Dennis showed up and installed camera System. Cameras were lose and didn't work after 2 weeks. He had no idea how the system worked and wrote all my passwords down in a notebook. Over the next year I had to threaten to remove all cameras in order to get the system fixed and all cameras re-wired. Now as of last week one of the cameras is down and not working. Obviously ONE unhappy customer after 35+ years in business is too be expected. Pro-Sound & Security has NEVER had any sanctions from the Registrar of Contractors on any project ever. Some customers just don't listen, and don't use there app in the right settings, this frustrated us, and the manufacturer's tech support team. We resolved every problem, and we did have one camera cable that was damaged and pulled a new one in 100+ degree temperatures in the client's attic, why because we want every client to be satisfied.
