CAN I GIVE ZERO STAR RATING? RUN... DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEIR RETURN POLICY IS VERY MISLEASDING AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. Wow...where to start?? This company just doxxed one of its customers, which is incredibly illegal, not to mention unprofessional.
Customer Service boy if you can call it that. Extremely polite but nothing gets done between their online chat,email department, and phone customer service their eco system is clearly either not connected or no one is writing down the issues when the claim they are adding notes to your account. WORST experience I ever had buying an instrument. I was lied to about shipping for over 2 months, then refunded when all I wanted was an update. The absolute worst customer service. Never buy from them.
after spending some time trying to place an order, and trying to get a link to use PayPal, I thankfully got frustrated and went to Sweetwater instead. Boy did I dodged a bullet! Apparently this company is in the business of screwing people over, not sending what people order, not giving refunds, and doing it with shocking regularity. Avoid this like the plague. Every employee here has been welcoming, helpful and friendly. Chris did an exceptional job working on my guitars and even talked me through all of the work she was doing on my #1. Highly recommended!
