Pro Sound Gear is Miami's largest independent dealer. Yet we still know customers by their first name and that's why they keep coming back. CAN I GIVE ZERO STAR RATING? RUN... DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...THEIR RETURN POLICY IS VERY MISLEASDING AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. Wow...where to start?? Customer Service boy if you can call it that. Extremely polite but nothing gets done between their online chat,email department, and phone customer service their eco system is clearly either not connected or no one is writing down the issues when the claim they are adding notes to your account. Pro sound gear are Absolute scam artists!!! I had an experience almost exactly like dozens of people here! Order product, shipping in 2 days! Promise fedex, offer ups ground. Never arrives. Check tracking, just shows a shipping label printed. Never sent. Called ups. We have nothing until they send a package. Called pro sound gear “We will have the manager call you” Never did. I bought a DJ controller (Numark NS7iii, order #31589) from Pro Sound Gear that was a store model/demo. At the time, they were offering a coupon code ("switchnew") to buy an open box/demo item and upgrade to a new one for the same price. Their online check-out had no credit card field in which to put my card #. I had to call them for help.
