Excellent service. Answered the phone on the Saturday of a long weekend. Irene wasn't sure if they serviced cistern pumps, called back in 2 min, no they don't, but she had the name and number of someone who does.
Elijah gives amazing service. Being a single woman, it is hard to find a plumber I trust, but I trust Elijah. His rates are reasonable, and he does good work. It lasts. Last year he worked on my furnace when it went down, and he just replaced my hot water tank. He explains things thoroughly, but doesn't talk down to me, and he answered all my questions.
