I always forget to post reviews but seeing these guys got some low scores I wanted to share my multiple experiences with Jon's company. A few years ago Jon replaced my furnace, fixed zones that were messed up, and installed new thermostats throughout the property. I was extremely happy with the service as well as the craftsmanship that went into completing the piping. The second time I used Jon was to replace a hotwater heater that went in my rental unit. I'm amazed this company is still in business...does not retu rn phone calls, say they are busy...doing whatever Stay away. Good reason they have one of the lowest rating in the area !
The guys showed up today to install our new heat pump hot water unit. John was the installer. The job was done quickly and very clean. We are very happy, the guys where professional, and Courteous. I would highly recommend!
