Service promised, not delivered I called this company a week ago and set up an appointment with "Don Wade" to come and fix my son's condo A/C. Don said he would come between 10-11 am. When on the appointed day Don didn't show up and didn't call, I called him myself. He said he didn't come because he was waiting for the "confirmation call" from me (???) Don would not listen, he quickly said, "I can't help you, look for someone else", and hang up on me. Don Wade is rude and unprofessional. I will never hire this company again.

Air Conditioning and Heating repair Call ed this company because our air was not working.I spoke with a Don and he set up to come out that same day to see what the problem was.He found a leak in our outside unit and showed us where it was and lead us form there as to what we needed to to. He gave options for us and once we chose the one that was right he repaired our unit. He also cleaned our unit and explained the importance of taking care of our a/c and it would last.once all was fixed he offered us a free service plan to ... read more
