RecommendedAbsolute Rockstars! They had a pair of skis I had been SEARCHING the ends of the earth for! One of the employees saw my plea on a Facebook group and reached out to me, how cool! She organized everything and answered all my questions before even agreeing to come and purchase the skis. I then drove an hour to their shop and they took great care of me. I just bought my first pair of alpine ski boots here after many years on Telemark Gear. The boot fitter was very knowledgeable and patient as we went through several pairs of boots to get the right fit. Lots of “witty banter” going on in the shop too. They are friendly, passionate skiers in there! I took a ferry to get there because these guys are worth the trip! (Note: They like beer, but bring something different than just IPA’s. 😀)
Four days before leaving on a ski trip to Japan is not a good time to realize your skis have severe delamination. Full of worry, I took my skis in to Pro Ski to see if anything could be done. Michael chased solutions for me each day before my departure and made sure I was on the right equipment to ski the 2-3 feet of powder I would get each day. Totally went above and beyond - thanks for totally empathizing with my predicament and saving my trip!
