We are very happy with the results by the Pro Shine team. They pay attention to detail, very professional and answered all our questions and concerns with courtesy and knowledge. They changed out our moldy fiberglace board and replaced it with new sheet metal tubular duct system. Need to recognize outstanding performance by; Jonathan, Damion Pender, Steve Bassford and Rich Rovelo.
I called Pro Shine for a clogged dryer vent. Max was right on time and took care of the problem.We also discussed my air ducts, which are very old, and what my possible solutions are for them in the future. He was helpful and professional. I highly recommend Pro Shine for air duct and dryer vent cleaning.
Damion and Antonio came to our house to do a quick dryer-duct cleanout, and not only did they go above and beyond by ensuring our ducts were clean and lint-free, but they also noticed while in our attic a moisture/mold problem that was missed on inspection of our new home. They were extremely polite, professional and informative, and they earned every penny for their services.
