I’ve been a customer of Pro Shine Car Wash for a while and never had any problems under the previous ownership. Everything worked smoothly, and if there was ever an issue, it was handled quickly. Since the new owner took over, it’s been a completely different experience. I have a monthly pass, but lately I’ve run into repeated problems just trying to get my car washed. I signed up for the $30/month unlimited wash plan hoping for a convenient way to keep my truck clean, but the results have been disappointing. Even after a full wash cycle, I’m regularly left with leaves stuck in body seams, bird droppings still on the paint, and other debris that the wash simply doesn’t remove. For a monthly membership price, I expect a wash that actually gets the vehicle clean, not just a quick rinse that leaves contaminants sitting on the paint, which can cause etching over time. The $9 gold car wash sucks. I've got a small sedan that wasn't even horribly dirty and there were still tons of nasty marks and dirt leftover after the wash

Had been coming here for a while and noticed it didn’t truly wash my car. I just assumed bc i’d notice it after I drove away and drove for a bit however today when I did the vacuum i noticed marks and it was still dirty
