Things started off well, but after they took my money, everything changed. It’s been over a year, and my roof still hasn’t been done. I've been getting nothing but excuses and delays. As an older woman on a fixed income, I feel completely taken advantage of. My roof is leaking, and I can’t afford to hire someone else. Please be cautious — do not pay them upfront. Make sure the work is completed before handing over any money. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I have. Be extremely cautious of these scammers!!
Do not ever use this company. It took them the worst ever. They lie and took over 6 months to get the job done. They lied about filling for permits and took every penny of the insurance and more. These 5 star rating must have been written by themselves.
From start to finish the Pro Shield workers did a great job for us. Nick was such a big help explaining the details and answering all questions posed to him. Wouldn't hesitate to use Pro Shield again.
Great Company and service. They went above and beyond and priced my new roof fairly. With the hurricane turn around times being slow, they were able to schedule me in before a major holiday. They are hard working. Daniel Robillard is very communicative and patient. Highly recommend.
