Couldn't be happier with this 12x28. Metal roof, 9'wide roll up door, work bench and shelving built in back, very sturdy floor. 17' boat fits in just fine with some room to spare for some other toys. Mike is the man! He was very easy to work with when designing and planning and getting the important details just right. The rest of the team did a really great job too.
