Very easy to talk to and they seem to really care to explain what service needs to be done and options if there are any. Unlike some other area services, these folks have never talked down to us regarding equipment malfunctions. Terry was wonderful. He went above and beyond. I have consumers appliance plan and pro services was assigned. I am extremely happy with the service they supplied. Now my air conditioner is running great again. I thank Terry very much for his great service.
I had a new water heater installed. Otis Royaton, the plumber, installed it in a timely fashion. Very pleased with his work and professionalism.
Worst service ever. They contract with consumers energy under their coverage plan. 90 degree day with humidity and a day off and they refused to do the service they contract for. Told Me they aren’t happy contracting with consumers and refused to work on anything until consumers gave pre authorization. Left me with a broken central air unit.
