Furnace had a bad burning smell late one night. Called Pro Services the next morning, and their repair person Terry replaced my exhaust fan & motor the same afternoon. Jess was very helpful with processing my payment. Thank you, Pro Services team!!!

I woke up the day after Christmas with no heat, they sent out someone hours later. Tony wasn’t just on time he was early (only a little so people working on a time constraint don’t worry), brought his own clean shoes to wear throughout the house which in the winter time I highly appreciate! Tony was efficient, obviously good at his craft, quick and friendly. I highly recommend. Thanks Tony for giving me and my family some comfort
