A storm with straight-line winds caused two large oak trees to fall onto our house. From our insurance carrier’s list of recommended companies, we chose Pro Service Builders. At Torchy's in Fayetteville, AR today for their grand reopening! Pro Service Builders did a phenomenal job on the structural repairs and remodel! I appreciate them having me out to photograph the results.

If I were to rate a place by the actions of one driver/employee I'd rate them 1 star for truck livery and the fact that I guess they hire crappy desperate drivers because one just nearly wrecked me after running a stop sign in NLR. Update: the company reached out with apologies and questions about the incident, saying they take things like that very seriously and have a protocol for dealing with them. Re-rated.

This was a fantastic experience. Their contractors pay attention to details. The work was exceptional! And fast! They treat your business like it’s their home. I can’t imagine using anyone but ProService Builders. They are the BEST!!
