I scheduled an appointment for my car to be checked out and they communicated a plan of action afterwards based on the part being difficult to get/find and plans to follow up. I heard an update from them once and was told they were expecting a part in a couple of days. I’ve waited weeks for response since to a few messages following up and continue to get ignored.
