Very happy with them and especially their customer service.
I would be careful using this company. If they treat their customers like they treated me following a complaint then they will brush you off like dirt on their shoes. I was traveling down the road yesterday and a Pro Seal gravel truck pulls on to the highway in front of me, next thing I know I'm getting pelted by rocks and gravel. The service I received from this company was excellent. They were very upfront about the proposed cost estimate and provided sound recommendations, fully acknowledging that all businesses must account for their time, level of effort, staff, and equipment. They arrived with the proper equipment and a well-prepared team to complete the job correctly. Terrible customer service. I called to get a quote. No one calls me back and then I get an email for a quote which I’ve never discussed. I was hoping to have someone tell me and walk me through the process. Moreover, I wanted to share how I wanted my driveway done instead I get a quote with no communication. I’m so disappointed.
Excellent job and completely professional. Our driveway had a big dip on one side. Pro-Seal. took out that part of our driveway, put in a new base and put down the amount of asphalt needed to bring that part of the driveway up so that it is flat across to the other side. They also filled in the cracks and seal coated the rest of the driveway. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.
