Matt told me he would come out Sat or this Sun. No show. I texted him several times and called him. He still has not responded as of today 09/16/24. That to me is terrible service.
Not recommended. Matt is a friendly guy. He did a good job. However , I wasn't happy when he coated our driveway at night in the dark. Cracks were filled in nicely, but after 8 months a few cracks coming back. Probably weather related. Driveway has a 1 year warranty. I contacted Matt and he promised to fix the cracks. It's September and I contacted last him in mid-July. No communication. I'm done. I can no longer recommend Pro Seal of Dayton.
We waited around several hours one evening for someone to come give us an estimate but it wasn’t a big deal because he was having car problems. He told us he would have the paperwork to us by the next morning. No paperwork ever arrived. Off and on for the last month and a half he kept saying that paperwork would be coming and that we were “on his list”. Now he doesn’t respond at all.
