VETERINARIANS BEWARE! I don’t know what they sell to folks working in human medicine, but they treat veterinarians like second rate citizens. The first scope that I bought had to be returned because it was essentially an old piece of junk. The second scope was better but 2 months out of warranty I returned it to repair a small nick in the insulation on the insertion tube and ended up needing $3500 of repairs to “get it up to specs.” In 14 months!? My business had been a loyal customer with Pro Scope Systems for about 10 years. Since our representative was switched to April Harsch, we have encountered severe issues with this company. Throughout the last 1-2 years, we have received multiple scopes back, supposedly functional and ready to use, but are completely nonfunctional upon arrival.
