beware, misleading and poor customer service you will not get the service you’re promised, and also misrepresentation of boat. John was the salesman we spoke specifically about the warranty on the boat. He was adamant that it was covered everything besides scuffs and scrapes, even after the shell when I tried to run my boat warranty, he was telling me that he knows the boat is covered for 36 months so he represented the boat to be covered fully by triton, which is not the case. Great service
Called about my new boat warranty. A cable broke on the boat. The cable is covered by the warranty. Ranger stated the cable is covered by the warranty. The dealership told me 3 different versions of what I was supposed to do. One told me to bring the cable up, the second told me to leave my boat for up to two weeks to be looked, and the owner well he called and attacked me for about 5 minutes all this for a 10 min cable fix that I will now do myself based off of the customer service given. My experience here buying a new Nitro Z 19 was great!! Inventory is 2nd to none! The service was excellent. I added a few electronic upgrades last minute and they made it happen! I filled out all paperwork prior online and was in and out in 30 minutes with my new boat. The gentleman I did business with even hooked up the boat! I highly recommend Pros Choice Marine!!

I Purchased a brand new Nitro Z19 from Pros this summer. My salesman was Blake. He was very detailed and helped me look at several models before I made my decision. Everything Blake told me about the boat (speed, handling, fuel consumption, etc) was spot on. I’d never bought a brand new vehicle of any kind and I appreciated his help.
