Even though the owners brag about the years in business, I am amazed they are still active. I brought in a unit to be repaired. In the process, they damaged by front leveling jacks; broke the grab bar by the door; made a mess of my interior for a "supposed" repair that never happened; charged me $100 for a $1.00 bulb; overcharged me for a 3rd party item; treated me with contempt when I pointed out these deficiencies and stated outright: "We do not want to see you back here again!" I would not recommend this place unless you don't want your trailer back in a timely fashion. We took our trailer here for simple repairs and it took them 8 weeks to get it done. We had to cancel 2 camping trips because they did not get our trailer done when they said they would. There customer service was horrible and we felt lied to. The lack of communication was horrible also, we would have to call to find out what was going on with our trailer. Do your research before you take anything here, I wish I had.
