We paid over $900 to have a toilet pulled and the drain line snaked. Awfully steep charge for the job. Two weeks later the same line is clogged again. I called and called.... they completely Ghosted me. Do yourself a favor... choose a different company... there are many out there.

Pro roto is my go to plumber for servicing our sewage pumps. they arrive on time, are very professional, don’t over charge and get the job done fast! They are also very detailed. I recommend Waldir he was a pleasure to work with.

Pro Roto assessed a clogged drain pipe running from my backyard to the street. The techs were great - on time, friendly and professional. After assessing the issue they were able to show me next steps and a price estimate. I would give them an A+. I haven’t hired anyone yet and I cannot comment on the estimate - I don’t know how much this work should cost. I need more estimates. Otherwise, my experience was terrific.
