once herbert explained the storm damage on our roof, he took care of everything needed to help us get full coverage from our insurance for the roof repair. they were very understanding about payment, and herbert kept in touch with us, always updating and working with the insurance company. very professional, and the new roof was finished in just one day, including cleaning up after the work. great experience overall.
