Since my last review I am still waiting and nothing has changed. Dmitrij just comes up with more excuses why he hasn’t shown up. No answers. Now he won’t even respond to phone calls or texts. He sees them as reasons I see them as lies. He promises that something will be done and he does not follow through. His warranty is as good as his word. His word means nothing. Very polite when they finally arrived. The crew were amazing. We kept getting put to the bottom of the list because we had a big job and they prefer smaller straight forward fast jobs, even though we gave them a hefty deposit to buy our supplies. The roof still leaks over the garage and the nail heads are still exposed that were supposed to be tarred over and had shingle sand applied and our eavestroughs are still too short.
