After the recent storm in June 2025, I had a box gutter water leak in my 7 year old townhouse, again, and my insurance sent Pro Roof and Gutter to my home to inspect and report on the problem. I was advised that the entire box gutter had to be replaced and a quote was provided by them. As it was not covered by insurance, and deemed faulty workmanship of the builder, Alliance Development (who accept no responsibility), I was faced with an expensive situation. Had a full roof restoration done by Pro Roof and Gutter and couldn’t be happier. Big thanks to Mikhail and his team for their outstanding work—everything was done quickly and to a high standard. They also replaced our gutters and repaired the fascia, it all looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
