I spoke with Rob in August 2019. He was extremely personable, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I sent him the resume that another resume service had written, which was awful. I contacted this business in September. It has taken multiple requests for updates and when he finally sent the updates I made to his version, he never made them. He added experience and software which was never on the documents I sent him or what we talked about.
