My wife and I have been going to Pro Results for many years. Daryl has always been a consummate professional. I would recommend his services to anyone regardless of age or fitness level. Most recently I have been recovering from a torn labrum in my shoulder. His knowledge and desire for all his clients to be the best they can be has helped me avoid surgery. I cannot thank him enough. Daryl has tremendous experience with customizing both strength and cardio fitness training programs. He creates an environment where it’s okay not to be perfect but instead you are welcome for who you are and pushed towards your own personalized goals. The environment is very clean and he is dependable. I highly recommend Daryl.

owner seems like an obnoxious person. very rude and talks down to people. just go to planet fitness UPDATE: Owner says he never met me? why would i go introduce myself while he is belittling someone publicly? Seriously; unless you want to be treated “less than”, i’d avoid this place. he obviously has anger issues he needs to work out.

Owner/management is extremely rude, does not know how to speak to people or have any time of respectful mannerisms. Would not recommend going anywhere near this place.
