Pro-level training! I'm most grateful for Daryl's careful strategy to help me regain mobility after five years of being sedentary. He is scientific in his approach, and it's working for me.

Amazingly talented, professional and personal. Experienced and thorough. A truly customized program where the results are clear! It is the greatest gift (3 x each week) that my wife gave me on retirement.

Terrible customer service. I can see why they have 3/5 stars.

Daryl has tremendous experience with customizing both strength and cardio fitness training programs. He creates an environment where it’s okay not to be perfect but instead you are welcome for who you are and pushed towards your own personalized goals. The environment is very clean and he is dependable. I highly recommend Daryl.
