I cannot say enough great things about Pro Restorations of North Georgia. I reached out yesterday morning needing someone to come evaluate findings from a home inspection report, and it was an extremely time-sensitive situation. The owner personally came out just a few hours later, and within 24 hours, they already had a crew at my home taking care of the issue. Honest, straightforward, and does not use scare tactics to push sales. Loren came out same-day to check out my concern and happily told me I had nothing to worry about. I hope I never need these services, but if I do I will definitely be calling this company.

Pro Restorations are ON IT! We found a mold issue in our inspection. So terrifying! These professionals came in, cleaned interior, pulled all the junk out of the 3 crawl spaces, encapsulated the areas, installed dehumidifiers & cleaned the HVAC system. We feel SO much better knowing this issue is fixed. Also, the friendliest company around. Rachel & Sonja were SO responsive, keeping us updated with the progress, turning on & off the house water because the temperatures were freezing! Love them! Mrs. Rachel is wonderful—she understands the stress of these situations and provides a calming influence that is rare in this industry. We called at about 4pm on Friday afternoon, before the big ice storm was to hit. We were panicked by our septic backup. Loren and his crew were wonderful and were at our house within the hour. I have used Pro Restorations for several things before, and they've always been wonderful, but this was an extreme situation with the weather coming in. They had everything taken care of within a couple of hours. I cannot recommend Pro Restorations highly enough!
