The company lied about their "crew" training etc. Totally screwed up our roof. I called and talked to the number two guy Todd? Told him something did not look right. He tried to smooth it over, didn't work. I had a local company come out then a National company who's job it is to be an independent inspector. Both inspections produced just about the same issues, the national company more than the local guy, with pictures. These people can do good work, but not on our house and now do not want to repair.
Troy and his team were super responsive, professional and made the claim process very easy. Their work is impeccable. Our roof looks fantastic.
