Pro Restoration did a great job completing my very complex roof in one day. The crew was very professional and did a outstanding job cleaning up all the debris at the end of the day. Ricky Espinoza was fantastic to work with and he was very helpful working with my insurance company to help process my claim. Pro Restoration recently installed our new roof. We were impressed with how efficiently and quickly they worked as a team and how thoroughly they cleaned up during and afterwards. Our roof looks terrific! In addition, the sales rep, Mitch, went way above and beyond in contacting the insurance and various agencies to make make sure we were getting the insurance coverage that was correct. Because every time I think about my experience with Pro Restoration LLC, I feel disgusted, extremely angry, sad, and violated. That’s how deeply this experience impacted me.
