I needed to come back and change my review, when I looked at my credit card charge from this rental, they tacked on some other charge of $1.50 they didn't say anything about as well, not a good way to run a service business. If You have a minimum rental charge of twenty $25.00 and You quote a rental charge of 15.00 for something it would be really smart to tell the customer on the phone about the minimum charge and any other charge. Rented a tiller from Midway and the customer service was good. I had some issues with the performance of the tiller and they were understanding and offered me a rebate on the rental. I found this to be very reasonable. I will be using Midway again in the future.

I literally just called to get information on renting a uhual truck and the woman who answered was so rude. She talked to me like I was stupid and still never answered my question?! I am happily going elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Drive 26 miles to Bozeman and save yourself the headache.
