I use equipment purchased here to run a business. Their service department is very slow. Three weeks for simple repairs. This costs me so much in lost revenue. Also, they will use any excuse not to pay on a warranty repair. Buyer beware.

Pro Rentals is a reliable and efficient rental company that serves East Idaho and the Rexburg area. I have rented from them several times, mostly excavators, and I was always satisfied with their service. The equipment was of great quality, well-maintained and easy to operate.
