The staff are very friendly and professional.
If you enjoy seeing $1,000 charges show up in your account days after returning equipment. This is the place for you. Their explanation both times this has happened was that they had under charged for the rental. If you are renting something for a day this may be an option. Larger equipment that you will have for week, month or multiple months save yourself the headache and go through United Rentals and do not leave a card on file with them.
