Reserved a piece of equipment weeks in advance only to have them call me two days before pick up to tell me that they've rented it to someone else and can't honor my reservation. I gave them a chance to make it right and rented an alternative option (not ideal) only to have the piece of equipment break down (wiring issue) within two hours of use. Tried to call multiple times as soon as the equipment failed only to learn that they turn off their phone systems outside of their business hours. They did refund my money but that ... read more
