We hired Corey and Steve to complete our kitchen remodel. Corey had previously been to the house to help install the cabinets we purchased. He and Steve came back out to finish the tile work and the molding (crown and floor). They are really great to work with, starting with good communication. They are not afraid to share their professional opinion with you on how to make your project look the best, and they don't do that for the money! Steve and Corey did my 2 full bathroom renovations. We are very happy with the work. It started with a lot of communication, which was really nice. We hadn't worked with them so it's always difficult to gage if your project was in good hands. Steve always made time to talk to me about any concerns I had. Our project involved tiling the showers and floors then install vanities, toilets and new electric mirrors. They handled all the plumbing and electrical work that was needed. I do not plan on using Pro Renovations ever again. They had installed a steel door that replaced a hollow core door installing the doorknob and dead bolt (backwards) and then installed an RO system in my kitchen. Both jobs performed in less-than-ideal quality with the door being the worst problem. The door had gaps in varying degrees around it and leaked cold air worse than before and deadbolt and doorknob were installed backwards locking direction towards the frame - not a huge deal. Steve and Corey remodeled our main bathroom to make it handicap accessible for my wife. The job took longer than originally discussed but they took the time to make it right. That was the most important thing for us. Their communication was excellent as was their quality of work. We also hired them to finish the basement project that we had started in 2023 but couldn't finish myself. Everything turned out great! We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any home repairs or modifications.
Everything I have asked them to do has been done promptly and with great care. Would highly recommend them.
