Dr. Maki is great! She explains the process of targeting pain/stiffness and stretches that can help with that specific pain. It has helped me with my lower back pain.
Dr. Maki is an excellent practitioner! She was gentle and provided thorough explanations about what she was seeing and why I might be experiencing pain. A former competitive athlete herself, she is also very knowledgeable about running mechanics and gave me stretches to do on my own.
Dr.Maki always listens carefully, and the treatment is accurate.She is a reliable doctor, so I highly recommend her.
I truly recommend this place. I had a sore shoulder typical for age of 50s. I tried two different places which just tried to charge me thousands of dollars for stretching and exercise. However, Dr. Maki fixed it with just one visit and gave advice on what I can do at home. You would not be disappointed.
