These guys are frauds and ruined our unit. Find another provider or risk spending thousands on top of their bills to fix their work

Incompetent techs and company billed us over $1200, and the same problem has yet to be resolved. First visit: Tech said it was a programming issue... $600 later, same problem exists. Second visit: Tech said it was because the cover was off ... $600 later, same problem exists. The second visit should have been a warranty call, and should not have been billed.
