Incompetent techs and company billed us over $1200, and the same problem has yet to be resolved. First visit: Tech said it was a programming issue... $600 later, same problem exists. Second visit: Tech said it was because the cover was off <eye roll>... $600 later, same problem exists. The second visit should have been a warranty call, and should not have been billed.
